We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Professional (2nd Shift 3:00-11:00p.m.) to join our team at a leading residential care facility. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for residents

- Provide psychotherapy and counseling sessions to residents with various mental health conditions

- Monitor and evaluate residents' progress, adjusting treatment approaches as needed

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical staff, social workers, and family members, to ensure holistic care

- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of all clinical interactions and treatment plans

- Educate residents and their families about mental health conditions, coping strategies, and available resources

- Ensure compliance with all legal, ethical, and organizational standards and policies.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field

- Proven experience working with individuals in a residential or clinical setting

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport

- Knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and crisis intervention techniques

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

- Compassionate, patient, and culturally sensitive approach to care
