Medical Assistant - Oncology in West Plains, Missouri at Ozarks Healthcare

Under supervision performs a variety of data entry and support tasks in the daily operation of the oncology office. Patient/customer services provided may include reception, registration, phone triage, patient record gathering, patient information dissemination and front office assistance. Supports the medical oncology nursing staff by obtaining patient vital signs, medication history, reason for office visit and performs phlebotomy for routine labs.

• High School Diploma and/or GED
• Certified Medical Assistant preferred
