Job Description

Senior Revenue Enablement Manager, Upmarket

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Revenue Enablement Manager, Upmarket based in United States.

This is a high-impact revenue enablement role supporting an upmarket sales organization as it scales its enterprise go-to-market motion.
You will serve as a strategic thought partner to senior sales leaders, helping identify performance gaps and turn them into measurable enablement opportunities.
The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution across sales methodology, deal strategy, onboarding, field coaching, and enablement infrastructure.
You will build scalable resources and programs that help experienced sellers navigate complex enterprise buying processes and win larger opportunities.
Working closely with Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, Product Management, and Solutions Engineering, you will connect field needs with broader GTM priorities.
Success will be measured through tangible business outcomes including seller productivity, ramp time, quota attainment, and pipeline health.
The position offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to shape how a growing enterprise sales organization learns, performs, and scales.

Accountabilities
  • Partner with sales leadership: Act as a strategic advisor to Upmarket Account Executive leadership, including directors and frontline managers, identifying where enablement can generate measurable improvements in pipeline and revenue.
  • Build enablement infrastructure: Develop and maintain high-quality playbooks, deal strategy frameworks, account planning tools, competitive positioning resources, and other materials that help sellers succeed in complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Drive sales methodology adoption: Design and deliver enterprise-grade methodology programs such as MEDDPICC and Command of the Message, embedding these practices into everyday selling and deal execution.
  • Assess field needs: Conduct ongoing needs assessments using sales data, call insights, direct observation, and field feedback to identify capability gaps and prioritize the enablement roadmap.
  • Deliver impactful learning: Create and facilitate onboarding, skills development, certification, coaching, and ongoing field enablement programs tailored to experienced enterprise sellers.
  • Collaborate across GTM teams: Partner with Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, Product Management, Solutions Engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure sellers have timely, relevant messaging, content, and tools.
  • Measure business impact: Establish and monitor enablement metrics tied to seller productivity, ramp time, quota attainment, pipeline quality, and other commercial outcomes.
  • Stay connected to the field: Participate in sales calls, deal reviews, and conversations with Account Executives and frontline managers to ensure programs are grounded in real-world selling challenges.
  • Influence broader strategy: Represent the needs and perspectives of the Upmarket sales organization, surfacing trends, gaps, and opportunities that can improve enablement across the wider GTM organization.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience: 8+ years of experience in revenue enablement, sales enablement, or a closely related go-to-market function, ideally supporting complex enterprise sales organizations.
  • Enterprise sales expertise: Deep knowledge of enterprise sales methodologies, with strong MEDDPICC experience preferred, and the ability to coach sellers on applying methodologies to real opportunities.
  • Strategic partnership: Demonstrated experience working directly with senior sales leadership as a trusted strategic advisor rather than solely as a program executor.
  • Program development: Experience creating or scaling enablement programs for upmarket or enterprise sales teams, including onboarding, skills certification, and continuous field development.
  • Analytical capability: Strong analytical skills and the ability to use sales data, field observations, and performance insights to diagnose problems, prioritize initiatives, and demonstrate measurable impact.
  • Communication and facilitation: Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the credibility to engage and influence experienced senior-level sellers.
  • GTM technology: Proficiency with enablement and revenue technology, including tools such as Gong and Salesforce and content or learning platforms such as Highspot, Seismic, or Workramp.
  • Business acumen: Ability to connect enablement activities to commercial outcomes, tell compelling data-driven stories, and clearly communicate impact to both field stakeholders and enablement leadership.
  • Execution mindset: Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, balancing long-term strategic planning with hands-on execution and a strong bias toward action.
  • Relationship building: Ability to quickly establish trust with sales leaders, Account Executives, and frontline managers while remaining closely connected to the realities of the field.
  • AI fluency: Willingness to use AI tools responsibly to enhance productivity, improve enablement work, and expand impact while applying sound judgment.
  • Work authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
Benefits
  • Compensation: $196,000–$230,000 cash compensation range, plus equity opportunities and eligibility for medical benefits and additional company programs.
  • Healthcare: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, with employee-only premiums fully covered for most medical plans.
  • Parental leave: 16 weeks of paid parental leave for all new parents.
  • Family support: Family planning benefits designed to support employees through different stages of family life.
  • Wellness: Health and wellness stipend.
  • Remote work support: Stipends for remote workspace, internet, and cellphone expenses.
  • Retirement: Matching 401(k) contributions with immediate vesting.
  • Time off: Flexible PTO, 80 hours of sick time, and 11 company-paid holidays.
  • Commuter benefits: Commuter support for eligible employees who report to designated offices.
  • Team culture: Virtual team-building activities, lunch-and-learns, and company-wide events.
  • Work environment: Remote U.S. position within an inclusive environment that values diverse perspectives and backgrounds.
