XL Pro National Staffing is NOW HIRING for Quality Control Manufacturing!

We are seeking detail-oriented and dependable Quality Control Manufacturing Associates to support quality inspections and testing in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for ensuring products meet quality and safety standards while minimizing defects.

Pay Rate: $15.50 – $16.50/hour

Location: Atlanta, GA 30336

Shift Options:

1. Day Shift: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM
2. Night Shift: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM

Job Responsibilities

1. Conduct production line inspections and laboratory quality checks.
2. Monitor, inspect, and verify bottles, labels, packaging, and product specifications.
3. Perform destructive and non-destructive product testing.
4. Record inspection results and maintain accurate quality control documentation.
5. Identify and reject defective or nonconforming products.
6. Ensure proper bottle, box, and product orientation.
7. Follow established scrap recovery and quality control procedures.
8. Coordinate with production, warehouse, and quality control teams.
9. Maintain accurate computer records and quality data.
10. Follow ISO standards, food safety requirements, and company safety procedures.
11. Report quality concerns and assist production teams as needed.
12. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Previous quality control or manufacturing experience preferred.
2. Associate degree or 3 years of relevant work experience preferred.
3. Strong verbal communication and organizational skills.
4. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and dependable.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Basic computer and data entry skills.
7. Flexibility to perform various job assignments.

Physical Requirements

1. Ability to stand and walk throughout a 12-hour shift.
2. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. regularly and 70 lbs. occasionally with assistance.
3. Comfortable bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing, and reaching.
4. Ability to work around manufacturing machinery and equipment.
5. Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and platforms as needed.
6. Comfortable working at heights of 15–20 feet and in non-permit-required confined spaces.
