Accountabilities:
  • Manage and resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 HR queries related to core HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and compliance activities through HR platforms and ticketing systems.
  • Deliver accurate and timely responses while maintaining high-quality standards, following SOPs, and ensuring a first-time-right approach to reduce escalations and case re-openings.
  • Support employees and stakeholders by guiding them through policies, procedures, and documentation required to resolve HR-related concerns efficiently.
  • Handle escalations from HR teams and process partners, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions to improve service delivery and operational effectiveness.
  • Perform quality checks on critical HR transactions and monitor compliance-related tasks to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain and update process documentation, SOPs, and workflow maps while collaborating with content owners and operational teams to ensure information accuracy.
  • Coordinate compliance tracking activities, manage monthly compliance deliverables, review invoices related to compliance tools and services, and ensure timely closure of all assigned actions.
  • Participate in stakeholder and client discussions, support workload distribution within the team, and contribute to process improvements, productivity initiatives, and KPI achievement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of experience in HR operations, shared services, employee support, or client service environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience with HR systems and platforms, particularly Workday, along with exposure to case management or ticketing tools such as ServiceNow.
  • Solid understanding of HR operations, employee lifecycle management, labor laws, and compliance processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees, HR teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail, multitasking capability, and commitment to meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, customer-focused, and proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to change, manage competing priorities, and contribute to continuous process improvements.
