About the Role

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Field Service Representative (FSR) to support our hospital partners by delivering, setting up, servicing, and retrieving specialty rental medical equipment. This hands-on role combines driving, equipment maintenance, customer service, and operational support in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

The FSR plays a critical role in ensuring medical equipment is delivered safely, maintained to the highest standards, and ready to support patient care.

Available for 2nd shift: 2pm-11PM Monday - Friday (will work either Saturday or Sunday with one week day off)

What You’ll Do

Safely operate a 28-foot box truck and travel approximately 10–250 miles per day.

• Deliver, set up, service, and retrieve specialty medical equipment at hospital locations.

• Coordinate daily routes and assignments with Central Dispatch.

• Provide professional and responsive customer service to hospital staff and clinical teams.

• Assist customers with basic equipment operation and functionality.

• Clean, disinfect, inspect, test, and prepare equipment for patient use in accordance with company standards.

• Troubleshoot and resolve basic equipment issues.

• Complete required documentation, reporting, and communication using company software, mobile devices, and email.

• Maintain compliance with all company safety, quality, and operational procedures.

• Collaborate with Operations Managers, Supervisors, Dispatch, and fellow team members to support customer needs.

• Perform other duties as assigned to support overall team success.

What You’ll Bring

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and priorities.

• Basic computer skills, including the ability to use email, mobile applications, and company software.

• Authorization to work in the United States.

Skills & Abilities

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn medical equipment operation and maintenance.

• Ability to maintain professionalism when interacting with hospital staff and customers.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.

• Flexibility to participate in rotating weekend coverage and occasional schedule adjustments based on business needs.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Ability to push, pull, and maneuver specialty medical equipment and beds weighing up to 1,000 pounds using approved tools and equipment.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Ability to safely operate company vehicles and work in hospital, warehouse, and customer environments.

• Ability to travel locally throughout the assigned service area.
