- Manage international qualitative and market research projects throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, budget alignment, and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate project kick-off meetings and maintain clear communication among clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee project setup, resource allocation, timelines, fieldwork operations, programming, translations, testing, and quality control processes.
- Monitor participant recruitment and fieldwork progress, proactively identifying risks and implementing solutions to ensure smooth project execution.
- Deliver regular client updates and provide analytical feedback with a solution-oriented approach.
- Ensure accurate project billing, adherence to internal procedures, and compliance with quality standards and operational policies.
- Build and maintain productive vendor relationships to support efficient project execution and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with sales and client service teams to improve research performance and enhance the overall client experience.
- 2+ years of experience in market research project management, preferably within the healthcare or life sciences sector.
- Strong understanding of qualitative research methodologies and international fieldwork coordination.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in a professional environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
