Service Manager | New Honda Dealership Opening – Maryland (2027)
Lead the launch of a brand-new Honda service department! We’re seeking an experienced Service Manager to build, develop, and lead a high-performing team from the ground up.

Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday–Friday + rotating Saturdays

What You’ll Do
- Lead all service department operations (staffing, production, profitability)
- Drive customer satisfaction and retention
- Coach and develop Service Advisors and Technicians
- Monitor KPIs (RO count, labor hours, efficiency, CSI, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer and company standards
- Manage scheduling, workflow, and overall shop performance
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- 3+ years of Service Manager or Fixed Ops leadership experience
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proven track record of driving performance and results
Preferred:
- Honda or import dealership experience
- CDK or similar DMS experience
- Strong understanding of fixed operations KPIs
