Compliance Officer-Tallahassee FL-Onsite in Tallahassee, Florida at INFO ORIGIN INC

Responsibilities:

Review and analyze consumer complaints against applicable state statutes.

Contact complainants to gather information and provide case updates.

Communicate case outcomes, referrals, and resources to the public.

Document case activities and close cases in Versa and OnBase systems.

Requirements:

High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

3+ years of professional customer service/public-facing experience.

1+ year of complaint analysis or investigative experience.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to interpret Florida state statutes.

Experience with Versa and OnBase is a plus.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet project deadlines.
