Accountabilities:
  • Act as a strategic partner to commercial teams and franchise/distributor clients, ensuring strong alignment and customer-centric financial solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance indicators such as TPV, conversion rates, penetration, and credit risk metrics.
  • Prepare executive-level reports and presentations, translating complex financial and operational data into clear business insights.
  • Lead monthly closing routines for financial products, coordinating with credit, collections, and commercial stakeholders.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify operational bottlenecks and propose improvements, automation, and process optimization.
  • Support the expansion and evolution of financial product portfolios, contributing to monetization strategies and value proposition improvements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure continuous improvement of financial operations and business performance.
Requirements:
  • Completed higher education degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret large datasets and transform them into actionable business recommendations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for financial modeling and analytical reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders and present insights to executive leadership.
  • Strong business acumen with understanding of financial models, preferably in credit or B2B financial solutions.
  • Highly proactive, hands-on profile with strong ownership mentality and ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience in customer-facing or advisory roles, acting as a consultative business partner rather than a traditional sales profile.
  • Availability for occasional travel across Brazil for in-person stakeholder engagement.
  • Nice to have: familiarity with BI tools or cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with training provided if needed.
Benefits:
  • Comprehensive health and dental insurance coverage
  • Mental health support including therapy sessions and wellness programs
  • Meal and food allowances with additional holiday benefits
  • Flexible hybrid and remote work arrangements with home office support
  • Exclusive employee discounts on products and partner services
  • Family support benefits including childcare assistance and parental programs
  • Wellness and fitness programs, including gym partnerships and well-being platforms
  • Financial security benefits such as life insurance, pension plans, and credit facilities
  • Learning and development platforms, language training, and continuous education support
  • Additional lifestyle benefits including travel programs, associations, and discounts
