What You'll Be Responsible ForTeam Leadership & Culture- Create and maintain a positive, high-performance culture
- Coach, mentor, and develop future leaders

- Conduct regular one-on-one coaching conversations and performance reviews

- Oversee inventory management and ordering
- Ensure operational systems and procedures are consistently followed
- Lead daily execution and problem-solving
- Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard top talent
- Build effective schedules that balance service and labor goals
- Develop training plans and growth opportunities for team members
- Maintain appropriate staffing levels for business needs
- Create succession plans for key leadership positions
- Manage labor costs and profitability
- Analyze sales, transactions, average ticket, and labor metrics
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve efficiency
- Execute store goals and action plans
- Drive continuous improvement through data and accountability
- Represent the business within the community
- Support local marketing initiatives and partnerships
- Build relationships with guests and community organizations
