The Right Hand to the Store Manager. The Leader the Team Can Count On.We're looking for a driven, people-focused leader who is ready to take the next step in their management career. As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a critical role in leading daily operations, developing team members, driving results, and helping build an exceptional store culture.
You'll work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the business operates at a high level while preparing yourself for future Store Manager opportunities.
What You'll Be Responsible ForLeadership & Team Development- Lead by example and set the standard for service, quality, and professionalism
- Coach team members during shifts to improve performance and confidence
- Support onboarding and training of new hires
- Help identify and develop future shift leads and managers
- Foster a positive, accountable, and supportive work environment
- Reinforce company values and culture daily
- Assist in overseeing daily store operations
- Ensure speed of service, drink quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction standards are met
- Monitor shift execution and provide real-time coaching
- Assist with inventory management and product ordering
- Help maintain operational systems and procedures
- Assist with creating and adjusting schedules
- Help manage labor costs and staffing levels
- Support attendance accountability and performance management
- Participate in hiring, interviews, and onboarding processes
- Help ensure proper staffing during peak business periods
- Monitor key performance indicators and operational goals
- Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability
- Support implementation of store initiatives and action plans
- Assist with administrative responsibilities and reporting
- Build strong relationships with guests
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly
- Support local marketing efforts and community events
- Help create memorable experiences that keep customers returning
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
