The Position:

The Villas is looking for an Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering nutritious and quality meals to our clients and residents. The Executive Chef is responsible for quality of meals served, quality of service, establishing and maintaining all standards of quality, conduct, and productivity. Other responsibilities include:

• General management of Dining Services Department, including Kitchen and Dining Room.
• Productivity, costs and budgets
• Kitchen sanitation and safety
• Resident Satisfaction
• Personnel development.
• Leads facility's strategic planning efforts.

Requirements:

• 4 years experience in a supervisory role.
• 4 years experience in dining services.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge and understanding of cooking skills and ability to follow instructions/receipts consistently.
