Whether you're just starting your career or bringing years of experience, this is a great opportunity to grow with a company that values collaboration, creativity, and technical excellence.

What You’ll Do:

As a BMS Designer, you’ll play a key role in developing intelligent building systems for commercial environments—especially supermarkets. Your work will help optimize energy use, improve comfort, and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design building automation systems, HVAC controls, and refrigeration control systems.

  • Translate engineering concepts into precise designs using AutoCAD, Revit, and other design tools.
  • Progress toward leading small to medium-scale BMS projects.
  • Work closely with drafters, designers, and engineers to ensure successful project execution.
  • Use Microsoft Excel and other office tools to support design documentation and analysis.
  • Stay on track with project schedules and budgets.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience with Revit design (through education or professional work).
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and BMS systems is a plus—but not required.
  • A self-motivated team player who can also work independently with guidance.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

  • Leave benefits including Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay
Requirements:
  • Revit experience required, AutoCAD preferred
  • Preferred: Building Management System (BMS) or Building Automation System (BAS) or Energy Management System (EMS) experience
  • Approximately 5% travel is typical, but dependent on specific projects.
  • Ability to work in the field on job sites investigating field conditions for new projects and developing as-built drawings at the end of projects.
