Quality Assurance Supervisor (6PM-2:30AM, Split Shift) in White House, Tennessee at Advanex Americas

The Quality Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily quality operations, ensuring compliance with company and customer requirements, and leading quality personnel. This role drives consistency in inspection practices, supports production quality and promotes continuous improvement across the manufacturing environment. This position also serves as the primary management liaison, supporting broader operational, employee relations and communication needs in the absence of other leadership, and functions as a working supervisor, performing quality technician duties as needed to support operations.

Quality Assurance Assistant Manager - Reports to

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing quality environment
• Prior leadership/supervisory experience required

Technical Knowledge Preferred:

• Blueprint and specification interpretation
• Inspection methods and measurement tools
• Statistical Process Control and quality tools
• Nonconformance and corrective action processes
• Quality systems and documentation requirements

• Strong leadership and decision-making ability
• Effective communication across all levels of the organization
• Ability to handle employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion
