Verification Specialist at QC Verify, LLC – Brentwood, Tennessee

QC Verify, LLC (QCV) is looking for part-time Information Verification Specialists to join our remote team!

We’re a leading provider of audit and quality control services in the mortgage and financial industries nationwide. If you’re detail-oriented, a strong communicator, savvy, and comfortable making verification calls, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Makes 40+ outbound phone calls per day to verify information
• Sends and follows up on emails or faxes to confirm document details and obtain results
• Reviews documents for accuracy before making calls
• Works with the Auditor and Manager to complete orders accurately
• Collaborate with team members as needed

• Clear and professional communication skills
• Comfortable making multiple verification calls daily
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Reliable, flexible, and eager to learn
• Works well independently and as part of a team
