Senior Workday Business Analyst || Atlanta, GA || Hybrid in Atlanta, Georgia at INFO ORIGIN INC

Location : Atlanta, GA || Hybrid || Contract

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with Workday experience to support troubleshooting and stabilization of integrations between Workday and external benefits/retirement providers.

• Troubleshoot Workday HCM, Benefits, Payroll, and integration issues.
• Trace employee transactions such as hires, transfers, compensation changes, benefits, payroll, and terminations.
• Analyze integration files, data, mappings, logs, reports, and provider responses.
• Identify root causes and determine whether issues are related to data, configuration, integration logic, timing, or provider processing.
• Work with Workday teams, developers, Benefits/Payroll teams, and external providers to resolve issues.
• Document findings, business rules, data flows, and recommended solutions.
• Validate fixes and ensure transactions are processed correctly.

• Strong Business Analysis experience with Workday/HCM or a large ERP.
• Workday HCM, Benefits, Payroll, and Integration experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Experience working with integrations, data mappings, files, logs, APIs, XML/JSON, or similar technologies.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Experience with retirement/pension benefits, plan eligibility, or contribution processing is highly preferred.
