Position: Assertive Community Treatment Administrative Manager

Location:2080 Cabot Blvd. West, Langhorne, PA 19047

FT/PT: Full-time

General description/ Qualifications:

Responsible for organizing the non-clinical operations of the Act Team. Strong organizational skills and experience with individuals with mental illness required. Valid driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicles strongly preferred.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Organize non-clinical operations of ACT including coordinating daily team schedules, providing support and assistance to staff in the field, tracking and scheduling vehicle maintenance and other duties as assigned.

Manage medical records

Answer and triage calls and walk ins

Order and maintain supplies

Track and report data as directed by the Team Leader including expenses and client payments, monthly contact with each client, and other relevant information.

Regularly attend and participate in daily staff meeting

Assist in organization and communication regarding program waitlist

Ensure monthly billing is entered into HER accurately and in a timely manner and document client contacts as directed by Team Leader.

Physical Requirements:

  • Equipment use including but not limited to computer (including repetitive motions of typing, seeing monitor), copier, fax, printer, shredder, telephone, and voice mail
  • Sitting for extended periods of time, walking up stairs, balancing, reaching, bending, stretching, standing, walking, and lifting up to 10 lbs.
