You will play a key part in managing and optimizing CRM processes while supporting lead qualification and customer engagement activities. The position involves close collaboration with sales and operations teams to ensure data accuracy and smooth pipeline management. You will work extensively with modern SaaS tools, particularly Pipedrive, to track, organize, and enhance sales workflows. This is a highly dynamic opportunity within the fintech and payments space, offering exposure to global merchants and innovative digital payment solutions. - Evaluate potential customers, initiate first contact, and maintain accurate and structured records across CRM systems.
- Manage and update CRM data (Pipedrive), ensuring high data integrity and proper lead tracking throughout the sales pipeline.
- Process incoming leads, organize them efficiently, and support smooth progression through different sales stages.
- Conduct market and lead research to support outreach strategies and improve conversion opportunities.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and prospective clients to ensure timely and effective follow-ups.
- Proven experience working with SaaS tools and CRM platforms, especially Pipedrive.
- Solid understanding of the sales cycle, including lead generation, relationship building, and deal progression.
- Previous experience in sales or business development is a strong advantage.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
