Responsibilities:
- Make safety-conscious decisions that ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Balance the needs of our customers, drivers and the business.
- Provide continuous, structured and proactive performance management and coaching to drivers.
- Manage driver payroll and home time.
- Collaborate with various teams to identify and implement creative solutions to improve retention and drive business.
Skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or 2 years of equivalent work experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Able to work collaboratively with a variety of teams, both internally and externally.
