This position reports directly to the Production Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Understand, interpret, and apply the plant’s Quality Policy to daily work.
• Follow and comply with all internal work rules and safety procedures.
• Perform assigned production or process operations in accordance with the approved work instructions.
• Carry out tasks accurately, efficiently, and within established timelines.
• Follow and execute instructions provided by the Production Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Report any deviations, equipment malfunctions, or safety concerns immediately.

Education and Certifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• US Citizen or resident
