This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Analista de Qualidade Sr based in Brazil.
This role is focused on ensuring the delivery of high-quality digital products across the entire software development lifecycle in a fast-paced, agile environment.
You will work closely with development and product teams to embed quality from the early stages of design through to production releases.
The position plays a key role in building reliable, scalable, and high-performing applications that support critical healthcare operations.
You will contribute both strategically and operationally, combining manual and automated testing expertise to strengthen overall QA maturity.
This is a highly collaborative environment where quality is treated as a shared responsibility and continuous improvement is strongly encouraged.
You will also have the opportunity to influence QA processes, automation strategies, and best practices across multidisciplinary teams.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Design, plan, and execute functional, regression, integration, API, performance, and security test scenarios.
- Develop, maintain, and evolve automated test scripts for web applications, APIs, and system integrations using modern frameworks.
- Identify, report, prioritize, and track defects through to resolution, ensuring proper validation and closure.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, contributing to quality discussions from the early stages of product definition.
- Support the definition and continuous improvement of QA strategies, processes, and best practices.
- Perform impact analysis and support validation across different environments, including UAT/homologation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high reliability, performance, and user experience of delivered solutions.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives in test automation, QA processes, and product quality standards.
- Solid experience as a QA Analyst or Software Test Engineer in complex software environments.
- Hands-on experience with test automation using Cypress and/or Playwright.
- Strong knowledge of functional, regression, integration, API, performance, and security testing practices.
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
- Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or RestAssured.
- Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Experience using AI tools applied to QA processes (e.g., test automation optimization, data generation, script maintenance).
- Nice to have: experience with Unimed systems or SGU platforms.
