This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager, Business Development based in the United States.
This role is focused on accelerating the performance of a high-growth Business Development organization by building the systems, skills, and content that drive effective outbound prospecting. You will play a central role in shaping how teams are onboarded, trained, and continuously developed to improve pipeline generation and conversion quality. Working closely with sales leadership, operations, and product marketing, you will identify performance gaps and translate them into scalable enablement programs. The environment is fast-moving, data-driven, and highly collaborative, with a strong emphasis on measurable impact. You will design learning experiences, coaching frameworks, and content systems that directly influence revenue outcomes. This is a high-ownership role for someone passionate about developing sales talent and improving commercial execution at scale.
Own and execute the enablement strategy for the Business Development organization, ensuring consistent performance improvement across outbound prospecting teams.
- Design and deliver onboarding programs for BDR/SDR teams, including curriculum development, facilitation, and continuous iteration
- Build training programs focused on cold outreach, objection handling, qualification, account research, and meeting conversion
- Identify performance gaps in partnership with sales leadership and translate them into structured enablement initiatives
- Develop and maintain playbooks, learning paths, certifications, and enablement content within tools such as Highspot
- Support change management efforts related to product launches, messaging updates, and GTM initiatives
- Measure enablement effectiveness through performance data, feedback loops, and business impact metrics
You bring a strong blend of sales experience and enablement expertise, with a proven ability to improve outbound sales performance in high-growth environments.
- 5+ years of combined experience in Sales Enablement and quota-carrying sales roles (BDR/SDR or outbound-focused teams strongly preferred)
- Experience designing and delivering onboarding and continuous development programs for sales teams
- Strong facilitation skills with experience running virtual and in-person training sessions
- Familiarity with sales enablement platforms such as Highspot or similar tools
- Ability to analyze performance data and turn insights into scalable training and process improvements
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills
