  • Support release management activities to ensure smooth deployments with minimal disruption to end users
  • Act as a liaison across Operations, Technology, and Client Reporting teams to ensure alignment on priorities and execution
  • Identify opportunities to improve platform functionality, efficiency, and overall user experience through continuous feedback loops
Requirements

This role requires experience at the intersection of platform operations, product support, and financial services environments, with strong analytical and communication skills. You should be comfortable working in structured, detail-oriented environments where accuracy, documentation, and collaboration are critical.

  • 3–5 years of experience working with Addepar or in roles such as product support, platform enablement, or business analysis
  • Experience with QA and testing methodologies, including test case design, execution, and validation processes
  • Exposure to wealth management, financial services, or RIA environments is strongly preferred
  • Strong ability to translate technical and operational requirements into clear, user-friendly documentation
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and documentation discipline
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with a collaborative working style
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience and market benchmarks
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage, including medical, dental, and vision plans
  • Opportunity to work in a hybrid, collaborative environment with cross-functional exposure
  • Career development opportunities within operations, platform enablement, and product-adjacent functions
  • Exposure to advanced financial reporting systems and data-driven investment platforms
  • Inclusive and equal-opportunity workplace culture focused on collaboration and continuous improvement
