Role: Recruiting Coordinator
Location: Bellevue, WA
Compensation*: $75,000-$90,000 + benefits
Description
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support and scale our hiring efforts. This role is responsible for coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, maintaining recruiting systems, and ensuring an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring teams. The ideal candidate operates with a strong sense of urgency, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in executing complex scheduling and recruiting processes flawlessly. Success in this role requires exceptional organization, communication, adaptability, and a relentless commitment to getting things done. This role will work closely with the Head of People Ops, receiving direct mentorship and exposure to all aspects of talent acquisition, recruiting operations, and organizational scaling.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams, time zones, and stakeholders, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely, professional, and high-quality communication
- Manage recruiting workflows within the ATS and other recruiting systems, ensuring data accuracy and process compliance
- Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to keep hiring processes moving quickly and efficiently
- Track recruiting activity, identify potential scheduling conflicts or process bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues before they impact candidates or hiring teams
- Support recruiting operations initiatives, process improvements, reporting, and other projects that improve hiring speed, quality, and scalability
Requirements
- Exceptional organizational skills with obsessive attention to detail and a track record of managing multiple priorities simultaneously without errors
- Demonstrated ability to operate with urgency, move quickly, and consistently deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, executives, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong work ethic and ownership mentality; takes initiative, follows through relentlessly, and can be counted on to execute without constant direction
- Highly adaptable multitasker who can rapidly shift priorities while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness
- Experience using recruiting and productivity systems, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, scheduling platforms, and productivity tools
- Proven ability to manage complex scheduling logistics involving multiple interviewers, calendars, and time zones
- Positive, energetic, and team-oriented mindset with a genuine enthusiasm for recruiting and delivering exceptional candidate experiences
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, executive scheduling, or a similar highly detail-oriented role
- Startup experience, as a full-time employee or intern
- Experience planning and running events
- Familiarity with Ashby
*Total compensation may vary within this range and is determined by years and level of relevant experience, job-related skills, education, and other factors. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for equity grants and other forms of compensation. Eligible employees also receive a competitive benefits package, including unlimited PTO.
