About the Role:
First and Second shift positions available
As a Mixer in the manufacturing industry, you will play a critical role in the production process by accurately combining raw materials to create high-quality mixtures that meet product specifications. Your work ensures consistency, safety, and efficiency in the manufacturing line, directly impacting the final product's quality and performance. You will operate and monitor mixing equipment, adjust settings as needed, and maintain detailed records of batch formulations and production data. Collaboration with quality control and production teams will be essential to troubleshoot issues and optimize processes. Ultimately, your expertise will contribute to maintaining production schedules and meeting customer expectations for product excellence.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and manufacturing best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret batch sheets, production instructions, and safety data sheets.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials safely.
- Pass pre-employment drug screen that includes THC.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain mixing machinery according to standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Measure and weigh raw materials precisely to ensure accurate batch formulations.
- Monitor mixing processes continuously, making adjustments to equipment settings to maintain product consistency.
- Document batch records, production data, and any deviations or issues encountered during mixing.
- Collaborate with quality assurance and production teams to identify and resolve process inefficiencies or quality concerns.
- Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance on mixing equipment to ensure operational reliability.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards throughout the mixing process.
