Job Description

Overview

Some people are great at starting conversations. The best ones also know how to keep a relationship strong. As a Client Account Manager, you’ll do both: you’ll connect with business owners, bring them onto a payment setup that works better for them, and make sure they stay happy with it.

You’ll start with full training and a playbook that spells out every step, with teammates ready to help when a question comes up. Because the product puts money back in owners’ pockets every month, these conversations tend to go well. This is a full-time role, and what you earn grows with the accounts you open and keep, with bonuses for strong months.

What You’ll Do

  • Open conversations with business owners and understand their goals
  • Review how they accept payments today and where it slows them down
  • Present a payment and point-of-sale setup built for their kind of business
  • Guide them through questions to a confident decision
  • Check in with your accounts after setup so they get the most from it
  • Track your accounts, pipeline and follow-ups in the CRM

What We’re Looking For

  • Confident communicator who listens first
  • Reliable, organized and good at following through
  • Open to coaching and eager to grow
  • Background in sales, account management, retail or customer service helps

What’s Offered

  • Full-time position
  • Hands-on training and weekly coaching
  • A clear playbook and a team in your corner
  • Performance-based pay with monthly bonuses
  • Advancement based on results
