The Especialista Financeiro I will be responsible for managing financial operations, improving reconciliation processes, and acting as a bridge between business teams and technology areas. The role requires strong analytical skills, ownership, and the ability to drive continuous improvements through data, automation, and collaboration.
- Act as a strategic business partner for accounts receivable operations, collaborating with Technology, Commercial, E-commerce, and Logistics teams to translate business needs into financial and digital solutions.
- Lead advanced marketplace reconciliation activities, ensuring accuracy in settlements, fees, shipping costs, cancellations, chargebacks, and financial adjustments.
- Monitor and improve financial processes by identifying manual activities, operational bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation.
- Support the implementation of artificial intelligence solutions, intelligent automation, RPA initiatives, and predictive analysis to increase operational scalability and efficiency.
- Build and present strategic dashboards and performance indicators to support executive decision-making and proactively identify financial and operational risks.
- Analyze reconciliation discrepancies, investigate root causes, and develop structured solutions to improve accuracy and service levels.
- Drive process optimization initiatives by connecting people, technology, and workflows to reduce rework and improve operational performance.
- Support system transitions and digital transformation projects, ensuring process continuity and financial data reliability.
- Collaborate with different teams to promote change management and continuous improvement across financial operations.
The ideal candidate is a finance professional with strong experience in accounts receivable, reconciliation processes, and data-driven decision-making. You should have a technology-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work across multiple teams to deliver impactful improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Solid professional experience in finance, particularly in accounts receivable, reconciliation operations, or marketplace financial processes.
- Experience working with marketplace reports, settlements, fees, chargebacks, and high-volume financial transactions.
- Practical experience applying artificial intelligence tools and automation solutions to optimize workflows.
- Knowledge of RPA technologies, Python, Make, Zapier, or similar automation tools.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP S/4 and reconciliation platforms such as Simetrik, Ytech, Renova, or similar solutions.
- Strong data analysis skills with experience using Google tools, BI platforms such as Power BI or Tableau, and dashboard creation.
- Knowledge of SQL and database concepts is considered a strong advantage.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- Strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and ability to investigate complex financial discrepancies.
