  • Operate effectively within a technical sales environment by understanding customer challenges and recommending appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity, opportunities, and customer information within CRM systems.
  • Apply account-based sales practices to strengthen engagement with priority customers.
  • Support additional projects and assignments as required to contribute to business objectives.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings strong B2B sales experience, commercial expertise, and the ability to manage complex customer relationships in a technical environment. They should be results-oriented, comfortable working independently, and skilled at influencing stakeholders across different levels.

  • Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience with a proven record of achieving revenue growth targets.
  • Experience developing and executing strategic account plans using a consultative or solution-selling approach.
  • Previous experience managing distributor or partner sales channels.
  • Experience in commercial and industrial markets, including lubricants, manufacturing, fleet, mining, construction, or related sectors, is preferred.
  • Technical sales experience and mechanical aptitude are considered strong assets.
  • Post-secondary education required; a degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to engage effectively with customers at various levels, from operational teams to senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, as well as SAP, is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory (approximately 50%).
  • Ability to work remotely from a home office while managing a geographically distributed customer base.
Benefits:
