This role is responsible for building and expanding strategic partnerships across a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts.
You will develop executive-level relationships and serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior customer stakeholders.
The position combines strategic account planning, consultative selling, customer success, and revenue growth in a high-impact SaaS environment.
You will identify opportunities to increase long-term customer value through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives.
Working closely with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams, you will help deliver exceptional customer experiences and coordinated growth strategies.
You will also bring executive customer insights back into the organization, helping influence product direction and go-to-market initiatives.

- Own a high-value portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts and build trusted relationships with multiple levels of customer leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies designed to maximize long-term Total Contract Value (TCV), strengthen customer relationships, and support sustained customer success.
- Partner closely with Strategic Customer Success Managers, Product leaders, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to create a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
- Manage complex, high-value sales cycles from initial opportunity through renewal, expansion, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Identify and execute strategic growth opportunities that generate measurable revenue across existing enterprise accounts.
- Apply customer insights and executive feedback to strengthen account strategies and help influence product development and go-to-market initiatives.
- Translate complex real estate operational challenges into actionable, solution-oriented technology strategies that address customer needs.
- Establish scalable account-growth playbooks and approaches that can support the organization's continued expansion in a high-growth environment.
- Travel as needed to support customer engagements and internal collaboration.
- Bring 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a strong track record of managing strategic customer accounts within Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) or technology organizations.
- Demonstrate proven success building executive-level relationships, leading consultative sales engagements, and generating expansion revenue across enterprise portfolios.
- Have extensive experience managing full sales cycles for complex, high-value software platforms and strategic enterprise solutions.
- Demonstrate expertise in Challenger Sales methodologies, executive-level negotiation, and solution-oriented consultative selling.
- Be highly skilled at listening to customer needs and translating complex operational challenges into practical technical and business solutions.
- Demonstrate the ability to thrive in high-growth environments and develop scalable sales or account-management playbooks from the ground up.
- Have strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience partnering effectively with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrate strong executive communication, relationship management, strategic planning, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Be willing and able to travel up to 30% of the time for customer meetings, strategic engagements, and internal collaboration.
- Target compensation of $244,000–$305,000 in On-Target Earnings (OTE), with actual compensation determined by factors including skills, education, experience, and internal equity.
