The Senior Account Executive will drive enterprise revenue growth across the U.S. market through both direct and partner-led sales channels.
This role focuses on winning new enterprise customers while expanding relationships and product adoption within existing accounts.
You will manage complex, consultative sales cycles and engage senior stakeholders to understand business needs and develop compelling solutions.
Success will require disciplined pipeline management, strong commercial judgment, and consistent execution against ambitious revenue targets.
You will use structured enterprise sales methodologies to qualify opportunities, build business cases, negotiate effectively, and close high-value deals.
The role works closely with pre-sales, marketing, business development, partners, and customer success teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets across the U.S. market through direct and indirect sales channels.
- Identify, prospect, and close net-new enterprise customers while expanding and penetrating existing strategic accounts.
- Manage complex enterprise sales opportunities from qualification through negotiation and close, demonstrating a deep understanding of customer priorities and business challenges.
- Identify opportunities to introduce additional products and services to existing customers and new prospects, increasing account penetration and revenue.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for direct customer engagement and channel partnerships to maximize market reach and coverage.
- Apply the MEDDIC methodology to qualify leads, manage opportunities, strengthen deal strategies, and improve close rates.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline equivalent to approximately four times quarterly targets, using HubSpot CRM to track opportunities and provide accurate revenue forecasts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, partners, and key stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.
- Develop partner-led growth opportunities and create go-to-market plans aligned with partner needs and market opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, market developments, and emerging customer needs to identify new revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales, marketing, BDR, partner, and customer success teams to align commercial strategies and deliver a strong customer experience.
- Monitor sales performance against key metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize results.
- Provide regular pipeline, forecasting, and performance updates to sales leadership.
Requirements
- Degree-level education or equivalent relevant industry experience.
- 5+ years of sales experience in SaaS or technology-focused environments.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding $1M+ sales targets, particularly within consultative enterprise or technical sales.
- Demonstrated success building pipeline, generating new business, and driving revenue through enterprise partnerships.
- Strong experience prospecting, developing opportunities, managing complex sales cycles, and consistently converting qualified pipeline into revenue.
- Proven ability to develop partners and generate sales growth through strategic business development activities.
- Experience selling into the U.S. call center market.
- Knowledge of the payments industry and PCI Data Security Standards.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies, with practical experience using MEDDIC or a comparable framework.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, negotiation, and business case development skills.
- Strong relationship-building abilities and the confidence to engage effectively with enterprise decision-makers and partners.
- Ability to manage multiple enterprise accounts, opportunities, and channel relationships simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to develop go-to-market strategies based on partner and customer needs.
- Self-starter who operates with a high degree of independence and requires limited day-to-day management.
- Strong analytical and metrics-driven mindset with excellent organizational and pipeline management skills.
- Willingness to travel within the U.S. as required.
- Experience with HubSpot CRM is a plus.
