POSITION SUMMARY
The Aviation MRO Quality Clinic Coordinator supports quality assurance activities within the Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) environment. This role assists with tracking quality data, coordinating documentation, supporting audits and investigations, and helping ensure compliance with company and aviation regulatory standards. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and interested in building a career in aviation quality and operations support.
JOB RESPONSIBLITIES
- Support the Quality team with tracking maintenance discrepancies, corrective actions, and follow-up activities.
- Assist in maintaining quality records, reports, spreadsheets, and departmental documentation.
- Help monitor quality metrics and prepare data for leadership reviews and meetings.
- Coordinate documentation and materials for internal audits, customer visits, and regulatory inspections.
- Collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, Planning, Supply Chain, and Safety teams on quality-related tasks and follow-ups.
- Assist with reviewing paperwork for accuracy and completeness in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and department administrative activities.
- Help maintain organized electronic and physical record retention systems.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or technical training preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in aviation, manufacturing, operations support, administration, or quality-related environments preferred.
- Previous exposure to aviation, maintenance operations, or quality systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with document control, reporting, or compliance processes preferred.
- Experience working with databases, tracking systems, or ERP software is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn and support cross-functional teams.
Working Conditions / Environment / Special Requirements
- Ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to all regulatory requirements including, OSHA, EPA, FAA, DOT, and State and Federal regulations.
- Ability to work in varied types of environments including office spaces, restrooms, warehouses and outdoor areas.
- Ability to work flexible hours and different shifts if required

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit, stand and walk for prolonged periods

- Ability to perform repetitive motions with hands, wrists, and arms
- Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor settings and in varying temperatures
- Must be able to wear protective gear as required or needed (e.g. gloves, mask, safety glasses, etc.)
