Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dedicated Pre-K Teacher to join our early childhood education program located within Delmar Gardens of O’Fallon, a beautiful, state-of-the-art skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. Responsibilities include:
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
- Planning and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Supporting social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Encouraging creativity, communication, and kindergarten readiness skills
- Participating in supervised intergenerational activities that foster meaningful connections between children and senior residents
- Maintaining positive communication with families and team members
- Monitoring student progress and classroom behavior
- Ensuring compliance with Missouri licensing and educational standards

Requirements:- CDA (Child Development Associate) credential, Early Childhood certification, or related experience preferred
- Experience working with preschool or Pre-K children preferred
- Passion for early childhood education and child development
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to create a nurturing, engaging, and relationship-focused learning environment
