Blue Yonder Domain Architect

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Blue Yonder Domain Architect based in United States.

This role sits at the intersection of enterprise architecture, supply chain platforms, and large-scale digital transformation, with a strong focus on Blue Yonder ecosystem solutions. You will act as a key technical and functional authority, translating business needs into scalable, secure, and well-architected solutions across complex enterprise environments. Working closely with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and external partners, you will shape solution roadmaps, define high-level designs, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and governance. The role requires both strategic thinking and deep hands-on technical understanding, particularly within Blue Yonder platforms and integration landscapes. You will influence critical decisions around architecture, make-vs-buy strategies, and system evolution across multiple initiatives. This is a high-impact position for someone who thrives in complex, global environments and enjoys bridging business strategy with technical execution.

Accountabilities:
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures and solution capabilities across the Blue Yonder domain
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and relationship managers to identify solution gaps and define fit-for-purpose designs
  • Lead the development of high-level architecture designs, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, guardrails, and frameworks
  • Evaluate make-vs-buy options and support strategic technology decisions based on business needs and market analysis
  • Guide development teams and technical architects in implementing robust and scalable solutions
  • Ensure solution compliance with security, privacy, risk, and architectural governance requirements through application scans and reviews
  • Work closely with Enterprise Architecture teams to define and evolve standards, patterns, and best practices
  • Support integration strategy and coordination with external vendors and partners to ensure successful delivery
Requirements
  • 8–10+ years of relevant experience in solution architecture, domain architecture, or enterprise architecture roles
  • Deep expertise in Blue Yonder (JDA) technologies, including MOCA, Report Writer, Jasper, and configuration/setup
  • Strong background in integration technologies, APIs, and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)
  • Experience with Java, C++, .NET, and SQL (Oracle or SQL Server)
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) and enterprise infrastructure concepts
  • Knowledge of data architecture, big data analytics, and system modeling
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and architectural roadmaps
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working in large, complex, global organizations with multiple partners and systems
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience); advanced degree preferred
Benefits
  • Competitive salary range: $110,600 – $178,000 USD annually (based on experience and location)
  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan and Employee Stock Purchase Plan
  • Paid time off, holidays, parental leave, and flexible well-being programs
  • Tuition reimbursement and continuous learning opportunities through global training platforms
  • Career growth across a large, multi-brand global organization
  • Access to employee discounts on tools and partner programs
  • Inclusive, diverse, and purpose-driven work culture with strong emphasis on innovation and impact
