Job Description
Soar Autism Center is building a network of interdisciplinary clinics where children with autism and their families receive life-shaping services that support them to thrive. We prioritize early intervention, comprehensive supportive services, and positive, developmentally-appropriate learning that meets the needs of each unique child and family. Specifically, we focus on integrated autism care and a play-based model of ABA therapy based on the principles of the Early Start Denver Model. Compensation and role design:
- Base pay:$100,500.00 - $105,000.00/year. Annual performance bonus potential up to $5,000. Additional compensation beyond the range for achieving clinical certifications.
- Bonus: Up to $10,000 sign on bonus, based on start date and location.
- Support and training: The Associate Clinical Trainer role is designed as a developmental pathway to the Clinical Trainer position. In this role, individuals will build proficiency in Soars care model while managing a small caseload and supervising practicum students, before progressing into the Clinical Trainer role.

What you will be doing:
- The Associate Clinical Trainer is responsible supporting 3-4 case supervisors as they grow their clinical and decision making skills
- Design and implement individualized, naturalistic ABA for children ages 2-6 in a center-based setting
- Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary clinical team (SLP, OT, psychology, developmental pediatrics) on assessments and integrated treatment plans
- Use ESDM-informed strategies (we provide training, ESDM experience not required)
- Provide weekly hours of billable supervision, focused on providing supervision to trainees during their first 6 weeks at Soar, and case supervisors preparing for the BCBA exam
- Assist the Clinical Trainer in organizing and hosting quarterly, center-level continuing education events for BCBAs and RBTs
- Achieve ESDM certification within 2 years of starting your role as a Associate Clinical Trainer

What You Have
- Minimum of a masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
- Preferred candidates have a background in child development, early childhood education, or a related field
- 3 or more years of experience as Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- ABA early intervention experience

- Strong desire to work with clients ages 2- 6
- Clear professional communication, both verbally and in writing
- Fluency in navigating devices such as computers and tablets
