This role sits at the heart of a fast-paced programmatic media environment, supporting the execution and optimization of data-driven digital campaigns across multiple platforms. You will work closely with Account Managers and senior team members to set up, monitor, and improve live campaigns while ensuring strong performance and accuracy. The position combines hands-on operational work with analytical thinking, requiring attention to detail and the ability to interpret performance data quickly. You will contribute to reporting, troubleshooting, and optimization efforts while helping identify opportunities to enhance campaign outcomes. - Support the setup, execution, and ongoing management of programmatic campaigns across DSPs and proprietary platforms, ensuring accurate targeting and configuration.
- Monitor live campaign performance, pacing, and delivery, proactively identifying issues and implementing optimizations to improve results.
- Assist in the preparation of campaign reporting and performance analysis, translating data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with Account Managers, Directors, and cross-functional teams to respond to briefs and support client requirements effectively.
- Contribute to troubleshooting, campaign reconciliation, and operational tasks while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
- Identify potential upsell opportunities and support improvements in media supply and campaign performance strategies.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in digital media, programmatic advertising, or a data-driven marketing environment.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to interpret data and make informed, evidence-based decisions.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to build reports, analyze datasets, and present insights clearly.
- Familiarity with programmatic advertising, DSPs, or out-of-home (OOH) media is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
