This role sits at the heart of a client-focused investment advisory environment, where you will help individuals and families make informed decisions about their financial future. You will engage directly with clients to understand their goals, provide tailored investment recommendations, and support them in building and managing diversified portfolios. The position combines relationship management, financial expertise, and disciplined sales execution in a highly regulated setting. You will play a key role in identifying client needs, uncovering new opportunities, and enhancing overall wealth management outcomes. - Deliver investment advice and client support by understanding financial goals, assessing needs, and recommending suitable mutual fund and wealth solutions aligned with approved guidelines.
- Manage end-to-end client interactions, including responding to inquiries, executing transactions, completing documentation, and ensuring accurate follow-up in compliance with internal procedures.
- Proactively identify sales opportunities, conduct outreach to clients, and promote relevant investment products and campaigns to achieve individual and team objectives.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory, risk, and privacy requirements, including AML and consumer protection standards, while safeguarding sensitive client information.
- Collaborate with internal partners and escalate complex cases when required to ensure optimal resolution and client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate brings 2–3 years of relevant experience in financial services, investment sales, or client advisory roles, supported by post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience. You have a solid understanding of mutual funds, investment products, and market trends, along with working knowledge of compliance and risk frameworks. Certification such as the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or Mutual Funds accreditation is required. You demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and are confident engaging clients in a consultative and professional manner. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative mindset, analytical thinking, and strong problem-solving abilities allow you to deliver high-quality client outcomes consistently.
