About This Position

Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Patient Services Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patients and ensuring a positive experience at our Care Center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients warmly upon arrival and assist them with any inquiries.
  • Help patients complete necessary forms accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify insurance information and collect copays or past due balances.
  • Reach out to patients to schedule physicals and follow-up appointments.
  • Maintain a positive and professional image of the Care Center to the public.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role is preferred.
