Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. The Line Cook will play a critical role in preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, upscale environment. This individual will be responsible for following recipes, maintaining sanitation standards, and ensuring all dishes are presented according to The Elms Hotel & Spa’s standards of excellence.

Responsibilities
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a high-volume, upscale restaurant or hotel.
- Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
