Overview:
The Pastry Cook is responsible for preparing all desserts and shakes on the menu, as well as helping with daily pastry production and sweet component prep. Ideal for someone who enjoys both structure and creativity, with a sense of pride in clean, consistent execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prep and assemble desserts (pies, hand pies, waffle sticks, cookies, etc.)
• Execute all shake and soft-serve orders to spec
• Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of pastry station
• Label and date all mise en place
• Support with early morning or late night production depending on shift
• Assist with seasonal specials and dessert development
Qualifications:
• 1–2 years pastry or dessert station experience preferred
• Comfort working with mixers, blenders, scales, ovens
• Detail-oriented with strong plating skills
• Reliable, communicative, and takes initiative
