- Responsible for carrying out daily cake and dessert productions based on given quantity, including icing, decorating, and preparing ingredientsFollows and completes daily production quantity and pre-orders as requested Ensure final products meet quality standards as designated by the companyReceive incoming supplies, restock and organize based on FIFO systemMaintain clean work station and follow company sanitation standardsKnowledgeable on basic food safety rules and safe handling proceduresUtilize work hour efficiently and have great time management skillsBe able to work in a high volume, fast paced environmentAble to follow directions provided by store or corporate leadership
Qualifications
- Knowledge of baking and Skills/experiences related baking jobAble to work well with others Communication skills and good team workMulti-tasking and attention to detailAbility to perform repetitive hand and arm movements related to cake decorating and food preparation.
- Weekend availability is required.Must be at least 18 years old.Holiday availability is required.Flexible schedule, including morning, evening, and closing shifts.Reliable transportation to and from work.
