Society Insurance is seeking an experienced User Acceptance Testing Analyst to join our team. This position fills a critical role in the product development life cycle. This position ensures the accuracy and functionality of the system through testing and verifying conformity with filings and state regulations.
About the Role
- Works in an agile environment
- Identifies, documents, and triages defects or issues found during testing
- Maintains documentation such as record test results, defect logs, and testing artifacts
- Develops test plans, data conversion, and implementation plans as needed
- Triages issues and incidents reported by end-users for resolution or escalation
- Identifies patterns and researches incidents. Collaborates with cross-functional SME’s to determine root cause and impact
- Leads team in Identifying, documenting, and triaging defects or issues found during testing (Senior Level)

What it Will Take
- Associate’s degree in business, insurance or related field. Equivalent industry experience may be considered
- 3+ years of P&C insurance industry experience
- Understanding of how to write test cases
- Strong communication skills
