About This Position
Position Description: Position Summary
The Program Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Greater Fox Cities Area Habitat for Humanity housing and financial counseling programs, including the Home Buyer, Home Repair programs, as well as Almost Home. This front-facing position is responsible for providing excellent customer service to families and community members, maintaining accurate program records, providing referrals when appropriate, and ensuring smooth coordination of services using multiple CRM platforms. The Program Coordinator will support program participants through regular communication, cycle management, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
Program Support & Coordination Support families in the Home Buyer Program, including responding to inquiries, guiding participants through the process, and assisting with twice-yearly homebuyer cycles. Provide logistical and administrative support for program events, workshops, and occasional off-site meetings. Assist with program eligibility screening, scheduling, communication, and program materials preparation. Expand and maintain a community referral list to connect Home Repair program participants with trusted local resources, contractors, and partner organizations. Record Keeping & Data Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date program records, including tracking participant progress, program metrics, and other reporting tasks across multiple CRM platforms. Ensure compliance with data management policies and confidentiality standards.
Program Administration Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks that support overall program operations. Organize files, communications, and resources to ensure efficient program delivery. Collaborate with program staff to identify and implement process improvements. Ability to perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
Qualifications Associate or bachelors degree in human services, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Prior experience in program coordination, customer service, or administrative support preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM or database platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Work Environment Primarily office-based with occasional off-site meetings and events.
