What You’ll Do:
As our General Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our sales department. You’ll be responsible for coaching, inspiring, and leading a talented team of sales professionals to meet and exceed performance goals – all while delivering an unmatched guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire sales team – new and pre-owned
- Set and achieve monthly and annual sales targets for volume, gross, and F&I
- Ensure high performance through daily training, coaching, and accountability
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture rooted in professionalism, enthusiasm, and guest satisfaction
- Maintain a strong digital presence and collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions
- Monitor inventory levels and work with leadership on purchasing and pricing strategies
- Drive operational excellence through process improvement and guest-first thinking
- Collaborate with fixed operations, finance, and ownership to achieve store-wide success

Requirements:What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of automotive sales leadership experience (GSM or Sales Manager role preferred)
- A proven track record of growing sales volume, profitability, and team performance
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, digital retailing, and modern sales processes
- Energetic, hands-on leader who leads by example and inspires others
- Committed to building long-term relationships with guests, team members, and the community
