The Director of Daytime Cleaning leads the division’s strategy, growth, operations, and customer relationships. This executive-level role is responsible for performance, profitability, and long-term sustainability.

• Oversee scheduling, dispatching, and execution
• Review invoicing and monitor collections
• Create estimates and proposals
• Ensure accurate documentation
  
  Customer & Quality Management
• Handle escalated customer concerns
• Develop solutions with Field Manager and Supervisors
• Monitor service quality and recurring issues
  
  Leadership & Communication
• Guide Manager, Field Manager, Supervisors, and Trainers
• Conduct monthly team meetings
• Maintain clear division-wide communication
  
  Staffing & Development
• Manage recruitment pipeline
• Interview, hire, and onboard team members
• Ensure succession planning
• Support leadership development
  
  Growth & Business Development
• Bring in new customers and jobs
• Build long-term client relationships
• Identify expansion opportunities
