Pharmacy Technician in Warner Robins, Georgia at Houston Healthcare

POSITION SUMMARY:

Perform, under the supervision of a Pharmacist, a variety of technical duties related to the preparing and dispensing of drugs according to hospital policies and procedures and federal, state and local laws.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING:

High School graduate or GED equivalent.

EXPERIENCE:

None

CERTIFICATION:

Registered Pharmacy Tech with the State of Georgia as verified by the Georgia Secretary of State’s professional licensing board.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILL/ABILITIES:

Utilizes a variety of standard office equipment to include computer, printers, labeling machine, fax machine, copier. Also utilizes IV Flow Hood.

Successful candidates will be subject to criminal background and drug screens.
