Salesforce Administrator at RHM Staffing Solutions – OAK BROOK, Illinois

Position: Salesforce Administrator

Reports to: Senior Director of Technology

Schedule: This is a hybrid position reporting to the Oak Brook, IL office located Monday, Wednesday & Thursday. The role is remote Tuesday & Friday. The hours are 8:00am-5:00pm.

Job Summary:

The Salesforce Administrator role will be focused on supporting our Salesforce Orgs, as well as our Bullhorn for Salesforce installed application that provides RHM’s CRM and ATS functionality. The person in this role will be responsible for proactively identifying and designing user interface changes in Salesforce/Bullhorn to support our sales organization with the goal of making that team more efficient through automation while collecting more accurate data. Someone in this role would work closely with sales leadership and users to understand and document business processes and help scope technology solutions tailored to optimize sales processes. The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills and experience working in Salesforce in a staffing industry.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Proactively analyze existing sales and recruiting processes and identify opportunities for technical enhancements and efficiencies, taking the initiative to propose and implement solutions in Salesforce
• Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, and automation rules to support sales and recruiting teams.
• Develop and support customer reports and dashboards.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage Salesforce updates.
• Provide ongoing support and training to users.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and manage Salesforce Projects
• Work with vendors and consultants for specialized projects
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments
• Ensure and plan for disaster recovery.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Experience working with Salesforce
• Salesforce certification a plus
• Experience working with Talent Rover, Bullhorn a plus
• Strong project management skills, including the use of tools like Jira or Asana.
• Experience managing Salesforce deployments with tools like Flosum
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience in documentation and change management.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in a staffing/recruiting industry is highly desirable.
• Salesforce certification is a plus.
