About This Position
POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
The Program Manager for Foundation Data and Operations will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of our University Health Foundation's data management processes. They will oversee gift processing and acknowledgments, the donor database, integrated platforms, and prospect research activities.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree is required, OR four years of related work experience in lieu of education.
Professional experience in data management, fundraising, or non-profits preferred.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Excellent interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with internal and external customers of University Health.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team; handle multiple projects and effectively manage and set priorities. Strong analytical and planning skills. Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite or similar products, and experience in utilizing CRMs (Raiser’s Edge, SalesForce, Salsa, etc.) a plus.
