Citizens Memorial Hospital Foundation (CMH) is recruiting an Assistant Director of Nursing to care for our residents in our beautiful Ash Grove Healthcare Facility

The nursing team at Ash Grove Healthcare Facility takes great PRIDE in the care we provide to residents, their families and each other. A typical day includes: maintaining and assuring that the following functions are performed as to promote quality nursing care; operation/policies and procedures, quality improvement, supervision of staff, education, orientation, coordination, documentation, professional behavior, setting an example to other employees by professional attitude and behavior, behaving in a manner consistent with mission and objectives of CMH and performing other duties as requested.

This position is: Full-time, rotating

Job Requirements:

• Education: Associates degree or Bachelors degree
• Skills: Leadership experience preferred
• License: RN
