About This Position
Pulmonary Services Director
The Director of Pulmonary services is administratively responsible for the areas of Respiratory Care, Sleep Lab and Pulmonary Health Services, as well as the At Staff employee scheduling system. Contributes to the growth and profitability of the Carle Foundation by providing quality, cost effective services for patient care. Responsible for coordinating the financial health and fiscal accountability of Patient Care Services including Respiratory Care, Sleep Lab, and Pulmonary Health. In conjunction with the other directors in Patient Care Services, this position ensures that fiscal accountability is maintained. A bachelor''s degree is required from Bachelor''s Degree an AMA approved School of Respiratory Therapy or in a management or other related field. A master''s degree in a healthcare or business related field is preferred. The candidate must meet current Illinois title protection, and licensure requirements. A minimum of 5 years of experience in management/supervisory positions is required.
